Chuck Penn, Owner and candle maker at Penn and Company Home Fragrance has been a local Candle maker with 15 years of experience in candle making. He started Penn and Company as a garage-based business because of his love of all things home fragrance and quickly decided that making quality candles would become his craft. After producing and selling his candles in local craft fairs for years, he opened Penn and Company Home Fragrance located at 1 Fairmore Drive in Westover in 2017. Penn and Company hand crafts high quality soy wax based candles made from the best essential and fragrance oils available. At Penn and Company, a commitment to quality shows in each uniquely fragranced hand poured candle.
