Sushi Making for Beginners
All ages are welcome. Join us as Paula Kaufman teaches how to make a Japanese cone-shaped handroll, as well as vegetarian California sushi rolls. All participants will come away with the knowledge of how to recreate making sushi at home! Paula Kaufman learned to make sushi at nine-years-old from a master Japanese sushi chef in Charleston, West Virginia. She also taught English in Hokkaido, Japan for two years. She hopes to share her love of Japanese culture and sushi-making with others.
We will enjoy our creations with a lovely Sushi feast.
