March 10 Tues. 6:00-8 All about Moths. For this free art making workshop we will learn about different kinds of moths; exploring habitats, markings and the mystery associated with them. We will created a special interactive moth that will flap it's wings with the pull of paper.
Mountain SOL and Eddie Spaghetti Art are partnering to offering free nature based art classes at the Ferry House taking place monthly.
Mountain SOL is an educational non-profit focused on nature awareness, stewardship, and youth-led leadership. We offer in-school classes for students at our partner school, Morgantown Learning Academy, and afterschool and summer programs available to all local students. Our classes are more than just lesson plans taught outside. They are engaging, fully immersive experiences that emphasize passion, personal responsibility, and leadership.
